The funeral of late Pogues frontman Shane MacGowan occurred as we speak (December 8) within the Irish city of Nenagh, in County Tipperary, The Irish Instances studies. The service was punctuated with musical performances, together with one by MacGowan’s shut pal Nick Cave. MacGowan died final month at age 65 following a protracted sickness.
